High Waisted 2 Style Maxi Circle Skirt Custom Made

This amazing high waisted maxi skirt is 2 skirts in 1. The base skirt is floor length full circle skirt in black crepe with pockets. It has a high torso waistband that tapers to a v in the front and back. The second layer is green and black chiffon and snaps up under the top layer of the waistband.

A special note about the chiffon layer: the chiffon is a loose a weave, and even though i let the skirt hang for 24 hours before hemming, the hem may still become a little bit uneven. Both top options are also available in my etsy store. Item is custom made to order and items are made in the order they are received.
