Snaps to get in and to adjust the size. Average length: 9" (18cm) (longest length: 12", shortest length: 7). This is an one of a kind item, the skirt you receive is the same one as above. Leathers used in this are recycled and industry left overs, so no animals were harmed to make this particular piece. Handmade from scratch by me, the designer.
