Shown on a us size 4 dress form. Chest and hip measurements are doubled. The best way to utilize this is to take a similar garment you own and measure it laying flat, then compare your numbers with mine-they do not need to be exactly the same, just similar.
If you know your body measurements, remember that some garments (especially non-stretch fabrics) require a few inches of wiggle room in areas such as the hip. See my "about" page for a tip on determining your body measurements.
