The front is flat & the skirt is full length. There is modest pleating & gathering at the back. Wide bands wrap around the lower part to meet on the front sides with silk covered buttons in bronze. The seams are very nicely bias bound.
Please see the photos & note the smallish shatter holes scattered throughout: 35 holes on the front 3 gores. The largest 3 are dime-sized. There are 18 holes scattered about on the rest of the fabric with the largest in the back being the size of a nickle.One of the waist band hooks needs reattached. There are snaps around the inside of the waist band that would have attached a bodice, which is not included. This presents beautifully & the fabric color is very nice & vibrant but note the faint, 3 white chalky looking stains on the lower front. Waist- 24 around (61 cm). Hips- 46 around (117 cm). Length- 36 long (91.5 cm).
